Someone here (I think) recently quoted a passage from Kipling’s “The Young
British Soldier”:

“Jest roll to your rifle an’ blow out your brains,
An’ go to your Gawd like a soldier.”

I’m ashamed to admit I’ve never read any of Kipling’s verse, but would like
to. Can someone suggest a few good volumes?
